Unfortunately we don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problem with your order.
There is NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS, ORDERS PURCHASE ON DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS.Â
In case an exception is made, Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for postal service delays.
I gladly accept returns for pieces that has been damage due to shipping.
Please contact me within 5 days of delivery and please if you have to return a piece please send item back within 14 days.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damage, I cant accept returns for items on sale custom or personalised orders.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, if the item is not retuned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
